Key staff

Goodmans has a workforce of up to 60 permanent employees with an extensive range of experience and knowledge. All staff are appropriately licenced, have Site Safe Civil passports, and are trained according to our internal training system. External training is used as appropriate.

There are a team of middle managers who meet regularly with senior management. These staff have advanced skills and knowledge in their areas of expertise and are capable of leading and supervising crews of staff. Goodmans middle management team includes job supervisors and a workshop manager.

Within Goodmans there are many more key staff who form part of an extremely experienced unit.
