Rick Goodman - Director
Rick has owned and operated a contracting business for over 50 years. As you can imagine he has had extensive experience in all aspects of the contracting industry including the management of various contracts in high profile and difficult situations. Rick managed the Mangaweka Rail Deviation which consisted of the deepest fill in the Southern Hemisphere at that time. This was a 150,000 cubic yard fill approximately 40m deep. Work was situated between two bridges and workers had to go down to the valley floor to get up to the next part of the job.
Qualifications: Registered Blaster, Registered Drainlayer.

Stan Goodman - Director
Stan has experience in the all areas of the contracting, construction and civil engineering industry. He is vary experienced in contract management and administration. An expert in his field. 
Qualifications: NZCE Civil, Registered Drainlayer, Level 3 STMS Certified, President of Wellington Branch Contractors Federation 1999-2001.

Lance Goodman - Director
Lance has experience in all aspects of earthmoving and has managed various contracts including rural land subdivisions, windfarms, and state highway realignments.
Qualifications: Qualified Fitter & Welder (Advanced Trade), Registered Drainlayer

Vaughan Goodman- Director
Vaughan has experience with all aspects of the industry. He undertakes very difficult earthmoving operations and specialises in digger operation including steep and difficult batters. Previous experience as Contract Manager has included subdivisional work and major NZTA realignments.
Qualifications: Registered Plumber, Gasfitter and Drainlayer, Level 3 STMS Certified

Marianne Archer - Director
Marianne is a qualified Quantity Surveyor and has experience in the Building industry, surveying and machine operation.
Qualifications: BC(QS), MNZIQS
